Information: The mini-publics (Planungszelle) in Rhineland-Palatinate were part of an administrative reform. The goal was not only to inform people about the political agenda but rather to provide them with the opportunity to share their opinion and to constructively contribute to the reform policy. Additionally, people had the chance to develop alternative proposals and thus, to adjust the reform to the local needs of their communities.
